A project exploring repair as an act of resistance. Working with my long-time collaborator Sue Mayo, as well as conflict transformation and peace building specialist Raj Bhari, theatre designer and visual artist Amanda Mascarenhas and repair specialist Morlai Sumah, we are working with a diverse range of participants and a variety of art forms to explore what it means to mend objects, communities, and ourselves. The first phase of the project was part of the Being Human Festival which took place online, and we then filmed with our community partners to create a film and a series of podcasts, as well as installations at each location.
